Electrical Facility Work

Since our founding in 1989, Shinko MMD has handled a wide range of electrical facility construction for offices and business facilities. We take on projects of every scale and type — from small jobs like adding or relocating OA outlets, to large-scale substation and power facility construction for data centers.

Electrical work is the foundation that keeps telecom systems running reliably. By combining it with our telecom and network construction services, Shinko MMD can manage everything from power supply to LAN cabling under one roof — reducing both construction effort and cost while delivering a safer, more reliable facility.

Another one of our strengths is our ability to work with our group company Zendenkyo Co., Ltd., which specializes in the safety management and inspection of high-voltage receiving and transforming equipment. We can propose solutions that account for statutory inspections by chief electrical engineers and 24-hour monitoring, providing consistent support from new cubicle installation and upgrades through ongoing safety management.

Fair, Transparent Pricing

In typical electrical construction projects, orders often pass from prime contractor to subcontractor to sub-subcontractor, with a margin added at each stage — which tends to drive up the final cost.

At Shinko MMD, we work directly with our clients. Our own full-time technicians handle everything from site survey and design to construction and after-sales support. Because we rarely outsource or subcontract (aside from select partnerships), we eliminate unnecessary intermediary margins and offer fair, transparent pricing.

Of course, our goal isn’t simply to be cheap. We provide clear quotes covering the scope of work, materials, and process, and carry out construction with an eye toward the future — achieving both quality and fair pricing.

Partnership and technical support

Partnership & Technical Support

Beyond taking on full end-to-end projects as prime contractor, Shinko MMD is also flexible about providing individual, spot support.

Whether it’s construction work based on drawings and specifications you provide, joining the support team of another contractor or prime contractor, or on-site technical support and inspections — we support what’s needed, when it’s needed.

This also includes surrounding work such as partial surveys of existing facilities, planning for equipment upgrades, preparing drawings and records, verification by licensed engineers, and simple operational walkthroughs for your staff. We prioritize reliability and safety, tailored to the situation and priorities of each site. Please contact us for details.

Our Process

STEP 1

Inquiry & Site Survey

Reach out by phone or through our contact form and tell us what you need. A technician will visit your site as needed to carefully review your existing equipment, power capacity, and available space, gathering the information needed to propose the best plan.

STEP 2

Quote & Construction Plan

Based on the site survey, we provide a quote and construction plan detailing the scope of work, materials, and process. We can also propose multiple plans to fit your budget and preferences. We proceed to construction once you’re satisfied with the details.

STEP 3

Scheduling

We coordinate the construction schedule — including any power outage work — around your operations and preferences to minimize disruption to your business. We also accommodate weekend and overnight work, so your operations can continue uninterrupted.

STEP 4

Construction & Testing

Our own full-time technicians carry out the work carefully according to the design. After construction, we run insulation resistance and power-on tests, and report back to you once safety and quality have been confirmed.

STEP 5

Handover & After-Sales Support

After construction is complete, we walk you through the work and hand over the finished system. If any issues come up afterward, we’re always available. We maintain an after-sales support structure so you can keep using your systems with confidence for years to come.
