Shinko MMD employs highly specialized IT professionals to meet the diverse IT needs of your business. Every one of our engineers is a full-time employee, and we’re committed as an organization to continuously improving their skills and the quality of our work. Rather than simply introducing candidates, we take the time to carefully understand your operations and the specific nature of each project before proposing technicians with the right skill set.
When combined with our telecom and electrical construction services, we can support your entire IT environment as a single point of contact — from building the infrastructure to securing the people who run it day to day. We accommodate everything from a single spot engagement to long-term placements of multiple staff, across a wide range of scales and durations.

How It Works
Inquiry & Consultation
Reach out by phone or through our contact form and let us know the skills, headcount, and duration you need. We’ll also ask about your project background and on-site situation to help identify the right profile.
Candidate Proposal
Based on the consultation, we propose candidates matched to the required skill set and experience. You can also choose from multiple candidates if preferred.
Interview & Skills Check
If you’d like, we can arrange an interview or a brief skills check with the candidate, so you can speak directly about the work and team structure.
Contract Signing
We finalize the contract based on your preferred contract type (quasi-delegation, worker dispatch, or contracted work), once you’ve confirmed and are satisfied with the terms.
Start & Ongoing Follow-Up
After the technician starts, we conduct regular follow-ups to make sure both the technician and your team can continue working with confidence. We’re always available if any concerns come up.
